Bobbie E. Kizer, 83, of Lawrenceville died Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at her residence. Bobbie and her daughter owned and operated Bobbie’s Hallmark in Mt. Carmel, IL from 1986-2001. She also worked as a secretary at Vincennes University in the Recruiting Department.
Survivors include her husband, Bob; a daughter, Tonya (David) Link of Fairfield, Illinois; three step-daughters, Jill (Danny) Waller of Washington, IN, Cindy (Rick) Bean of rural Lawrenceville, and Kay Ann Thais of Vincennes, IN; one sister, Lorene Rutter of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Memorial services for Bobbie E. Kizer will be at 6 PM Friday at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 PM Friday at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville.
Memorials may be made to Lawrence County Humane Society or Good Samaritan Hospice with envelopes available through the funeral home.
