Survivors include his wife, Lisa Hartford 0f McLeansboro, a son Wayne Jay Russell Hartford of Kalamazoo, Michigan; two daughters: Leslee Hartford of Brooklyn ,Michigan, and Jessica Fortman of McLeansboro; a brother Dale Hartman of Toledo OHIO, and a sister Tammy Sue Hartford of Manitowac, Wisconsin.
There will be no formal service for Brian Jay Hartford.
The Gholson Funeral Home of McLeansboro is in charge of arrangements.
