Sharlyn Jane (Hoskins) Curtis, 67, of Carmi, Illinois, died Monday, November 30, 2015, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
She was a Registered Nurse.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Jane Hoskins of Carmi; daughters Leigh Anne Harre of Rockford, Illinois and Nelia Jane Curtis of Carmi; sisters Jennifer Milano of San Ramon, California and Debby (Allen) Brown of St. Louis, Missouri; grandchildren Logan Ray Brown and Morgan Lee Brown; nephews Alex Clayton (Jacey) Brown, Richard Daniel Milano and David Andrew Milano; and her good friend Beverly Walker.
Funeral services for Sharlyn Jane Curtis will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3 at the Cook Funeral Chapel in Carmi with burial in Concord Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the time of service Thursday, Dec. 3 at the Cook Funeral Chapel in Carmi.
Memorials may be made to Pets at Risk and will be accepted at Cook Funeral Chapel in Carmi.
