80-year-old Lucy Nell Scott died Monday, January 25, 2016. She had worked at the Steakhouse in Carmi, the Executive Inn in Evansville and later retired as a cook at the Evansville State Hospital. She was a graduate of Crossville High School.
Survivors include three sons, Perry, of New Orleans, LA, Van (Wanda) of Phillipstown, IL, and Todd (Becca) of Evansville; six grandchildren, Gary Jr. (Mindy) of Burlington, IA, Levi (Emily) and Moses (Madeline) of Crossville, and Olivia, Alexander and Adam of Evansville; four great-grandchildren, Braiden, Raeleyna, and Alyssa Scott, and Spencer Scott-Kuhen; a sister, Diane Brown of Texas; and two nieces and a nephew.
Funeral services for Lucy Nell Scott will be 10 a.m. Friday, January 29 at the Crossville United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be 4 – 7 Thursday evening, Jan. 28 at the Crossville United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Crossville United Methodist Church or the Crossville Alumni Association – Box 152 in Crossville.
The Cook Funeral Chapel of Crossville is in charge of all the arrangements.
