Lois Taylor photo96-year-old Fairfield resident, Lois Taylor died at 9:40 a.m. Monday, February 1 at her home. She had worked at Copeland’s Market until its closing and later worked many years at the Fairfield Garment Factory until retiring.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl (Ed) Johnson of Chenoa, IL and Marikay (George) Wilkerson of Salem; a son, Jimmy (Elisa) Taylor of Fairfield; three step-daughters, Jean (Irwin) Malone and Joey (Charles) Rankin of Carmi and Linda (Roche) Smothers of Burnt Prairie; 8 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services for Lois Taylor will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. Thursday until the time of service at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Memorials may be made to the North Side Baptist Church in Fairfield and will be accepted at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield.
