Denise K. Osborne, 56 of Carmi died Sunday May 8, 2016 at Deaconess Gateway in Evansville. Denise had worked as a Home Health Aid.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Osborne of Carmi; daughter, Sharon (David) Carter of Ewing; grandchildren, Adam, Kiley and Ragan Carter; brother, Chuck Hunsinger and sister, Charlotte Jean Hanmore.
Funeral services for Denise K. Osborne will be 11 a.m. on Thursday May 12, 2016 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi with burial in Centerville Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday, May 12 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi.
