Mary Alice Toms, age 67, a resident of Carmi, Illinois passed away at 11:37 a.m. Monday, June 20 at Deaconess Hospital at Evansville. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Richard Culp of Eldorado, Illinois, a daughter Mary Culp of Anna, Illinois ; two sisters, Linda Minder of Grayville, Illinois and Maggie Harmon of Herrin, Illinois.
There will be no formal services for Mary Alice Toms.
The Gholson Funeral Home of McLeansboro was in charge of arrangements.
