75-year-old Xenia resident, Robert Lee Scott passed away at 12:35AM Monday, August 15, 2016 at his home. Robert was a retired farmer and a member of Pleasant Hill (Needmore) Christian Church.
Robert is survived by his wife Norma of Xenia, IL; a daughter Sherri (Darrel) Weaver of Cisne, IL and a son Paul Dale (Amy) Scott of Xenia, IL; two foster children Dawn (Kevin) Greenwalt of Xenia, IL and Mike (Crystal) Ballard of Iuka, IL and eight grandchildren, six foster grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one foster great grandchild. Also surviving is a brother Cecil (Linda) Scott of Wayne City, IL.
Graveside services for Robert Lee Scott will be 11AM Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Pleasant Hill (Needmore) Cemetery. Per Robert’s wishes there will be no visitation. Everyone attending the service is asked to go directly to the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with expenses and will be accepted at Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne, which is in charge of all the arrangements.
