Jack J. Jacobs, 69, of Flora, Illinois, died at 7:07 p.m., Thursday, October 13, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Jack is survived by his wife, Dianna and son, Jerrin, both of Flora, grandson, Aaron Clark (Kelly) of Fairfield and granddaughter, Ashley Jacobs of Flora, great grandsons, Noah and Benny. He is also survived by his sister, Marge (Richard) of Joliet, IL and Kay (Bob) of Joliet, IL many nieces and nephews and other family members and good friends.
Funeral services for Jack Jacobs will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 18, at Kohn Funeral Home in Flora, Illinois. Friends may call from 12:00 – 2:00 on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Golden Cemetery in Louisville. Expressions of sympathy should take the form of donations to Clay County Animal Rescue and Shelter (CCARS).
