79-year-old Mill Shoals resident, George Leinard died at a1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15 at Deaconess Hospice Care Center in Evansville, Ind. A U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War, he had been a salesman for pest control at McCloud Corporation in St. Louis.
Survivors include two sons, Jeff and wife Katherine Leinard of Mill Shoals and Joel Leinard of Plymouth, Ill.; a daughter, Melissa Leinard of Chicago; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The body is to be cremated with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield is in charge of the arrangements.
