Robert E. Draper, 74, of Mount Vernon, passed away at 2:10 A.M., Thursday, November 24, at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon.
A Graveside Military Service for Robert Draper will be held at a later date at the Bethel Memorial Cemetery in Mount Vernon. Members of the Mount Vernon American Legion Post #141 will conduct Full Military Honors at the service.
