94 year-old Noble Wayne Talley of Salem died January 13 at Twin Willows Nursing Center in Salem. He was a retired grounds maintenance mechanic for TWA. He was a proud NAVY veteran, serving from 1944-1945 and had been a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his daughter, Sheri Goodwin of Topanga, California, three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
A private burial will be held at the Moravian Cemetery in West Salem. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at ingramfh.net.
