Donna J. Bailey, 76, of Cisne, passed away 2:20pm Thursday, March 23, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. Donna taught ceramics for Frontier Community College; she owned and operated Bailey’s Auction Barn and Bailey’s Furniture Store.
Surviving are two sons, Dennis (Tina) Bailey of Cisne, Larry Bailey of Mt. Carmel; four sisters, Betty Sergent of Galesburg, Sharon Thompson, Glenda (Lester) Banks, and Debra Thompson all of Mt. Carmel; one brother, Mike (Ann) Thompson of Coal City, IL; three grandchildren, Ron (Charity) Bailey, Andy Bailey, and Johna Bailey and three great-grandchildren, Owen Bailey, Taylor Bailey, and Hunter Bailey and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Donna J. Bailey will be held from noon to 1pm on Monday, March 27th, at Hosselton Funeral Home at Cisne, with graveside services immediately following at the Cisne Cemetery.
