80-year-old Macedonia resident, Nancy “Boyd” Darnell died Monday, Feb. 5 at her home. A homemaker, she attended the Steele City Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Scroggins and husband Roger of McLeansboro, Mary Ann Jamerson and husband Tom of Macedonia and Malissa Hopper and companion Darren Phillips of McLeansboro; a sister, Betty Mullins and husband Denver of Mt. Vernon; a brother, John Boyd and wife Donna of California; a brother-in-law, Kenny Darnell of Macedonia and a sister-in-law, Jean Wyant of Grand Rapids, MI.
Funeral services for Nancy “Boyd” Darnell will be 11 am. Friday, Feb. 9 at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro with burial at Little Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 – 8 Thursday evening, Feb. 8 at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
Memorials may be made to the Hamilton Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in McLeansboro and will be accepted at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
