78-year-old Albion resident, Faye Wood died at 4:01 p.m. Sunday at Wabash Christian Village in Carmi. She had worked at Johnney Manufacturing in Albion and then retired from Champion Laboratories. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Curt and wife Judy Wood of Fairfield; a daughter, Kim and husband Todd Lingafelter of Albion; two brothers, Charles Huff of Evansville, Indiana and Joe and wife Linda Huff of Joliet, Ill.; two sisters, Ruth Fewkes of Albion and Berniece Bailey of Albion; seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Faye Wood will be 12 noon Thursday, March 8 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion with burial in Graceland Cemetery at Albion.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. Thursday, March 8 until the time of service at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Senior Adult Class and will be accepted at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion.
