75-year-old Fairfield resident, Mabel L. Kemplen died at 2:29 a.m. Sunday, April 22 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Edwin Kemplen of Fairfield; three sons, Elmer and wife Betty Kemplen of Fairfield, Melvin and wife Sandy Kemplen of Fairfield and Joe and wife Cheryl Kemplen of Albion; four sisters, Jean Otter and Brenda Muller of Glasgow, KY, Martha Asbury and Linda Porter of Burkesville, KY; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 – 8 Saturday evening, April 28 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield. The body is to be cremated after the visitation with a burial to be held at a later date.
Nale’s Funeral Home of Fairfield is in charge of all of the arrangements.
