74 year-old LaDonna K. Douglas of Tuscola died at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday August 16th at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. She was a homemaker, mother, friend, and an avid follower of God. LaDonna was born on April 1, 1944 in Olney to Richard and Martha (Reed) Caldwell.
LaDonna is survived by Sons-Richard (Brenda) Douglas of Mount Vernon IL, Robert (Jennifer) Douglas of Tuscola, and Randall (Misty) Douglas of Fairfield; Daughter-Tobein (Jon) Cuvar of Mount Vernon IL; 8 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren; Brother- Ron Caldwell of Centralia; and Aunts- Eva Borah and Agnus Michaels both of Fairfield.
LaDonna was preceded in death by her parents, Husband-Lyle Douglas, and one Brother-Lee Edward Caldwell.
Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday August 21st at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
