Cheryl C. Tate

Cheryl C. Tate50-year-old Rt. 1 Broughton resident, Cheryl C. Tate, died at 3 a.m. Friday, January 10 at her home.  She worked several years as a CNA at the former Eldorado Nursing Home in Eldorado, IL.

Surviving are her parents, Larry and Alma Coker of Broughton; one son, Shane and fiance Angela Wagner Tate of Broughton; one daughter, Amy Sullivan and fiance Travis Heath of Broughton; one brother, Marty and wife Sue Ann Coker of Harrisburg, IL; one sister, Kimberlee and husband Deon Lindsay of McLeansboro; two grandchildren and a third on the way.

Funeral services for Cheryl C. Tate will be at noon Tuesday, January 14 at the Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro.  Burial will be in Smith Cemetery near Dale, IL.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, January 13 at the Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro.

Memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses, and will be accepted at the Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
