84-year-old former Fairfield resident, Clyde Rose of Heartland, MI died Sunday, Sept. 29 in Michigan. He was assistant manager for an A & P Grocery Store and later worked at Champion Labs, retiring as a quality control inspector. He was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Ron Rose of Heartland, MI; a daughter, Ramona Doty of Fairfield; a brother, Lloyd Rose of Arlington, TX; a sister, Wilma Mossburger of Fairfield; 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Services for Clyde Rose will be 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4 at the First Baptist Church in Fairfield with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 – 7 Thursday evening, Oct. 3 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield which is in charge of all the arrangements.
