Luminaria bags are being sold around the area for the Wayne/Edwards Relay for Life.  You can purchase your luminaria bags at the following places:  Poor Ol' Bob's, Simply Her, Medicine Shoppe HME, Carnaby Square, Janet Beard at New Beginnings Church, or by calling M'lissa at 599-1127.  Also, a variety show will be held during the Relay event from 10:00 p.m. until midnight.  Four thirty-minute acts or bands of good, clean, fun are asked to call M'Lissa at 599-1127 if interested.

Happy Day Express Child Care Center in Fairfield is selling cookbooks for $12 each with a portion of each sale going to Relay for Life.  To get your cookbook, call Happy Day Express at 842-7900.

They are selling raffle tickets for a 50/50 drawing.  See any Maurices associate now through June 25th to purchase a ticket.  1 for $1 or 10 for $5.  The drawing will be held at 9:00 p.m. the evening of the Relay for Life.



Picture a Cure

This is the 2nd annual Picture a Cure sponsored by Fletcher Portrait Studio in Fairfield!  Purchase a card from any Relay for Life team member for $20 and receive a FREE 8x10 Family Portrait at Fletcher's Portrait Studio!  The sitting fee is included and the entire $20 goes directly to Relay for Life!

"Bling your Bra" is a contest for a chance to win a prize for the most original and "blinged" bra.  This is open to individuals or Relay for Life teams.  The cost to enter is $20 per team or individual.  No "R" rated or "X" rated entries will be accepted.  Entries must be original and created by you or your team.  The deadline to register is June 5th.  Judging will be held at the Wayne/Edwards County Relay for Life. For additional information, contact Sandra Peddicord or any AMICUM member.
