79-year-old Fairfield resident, Lois Totten died at 11:58 a.m. Thursday, July 4 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville. She worked at Airtex, then moved to Florida where she worked for J.C. Penney in the Credit Data Center. She retired from J.C. Penney in 1994.
Survivors include her husband, Neil Totten of Fairfield; two sons, Steve and wife Linda Thomason of Fairfield and Brian Thomason of Clermont, FL; three sisters, Eva Lane, Judy Jelley and Velma Bunting of Fairfield; three step-children, Sherry Fleming of Port Charlotte, FL, Nancy Hixon of Port Charlotte, FL and Stacey Totten of Oklahoma City, OK; four grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
Services for Lois Totten will be 2 p.m. Sunday, July 7 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 – 7 Saturday evening, July 6 at Nale’s Funeral home in Fairfield.
Memorials may be made to the Dr. Dennis Scranton Memorial Cancer fund and will be accepted at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield.
