Lula Belle Becker 79, of Goreville, IL, formerly of Karnak and McLeansboro, IL, died Sunday, February 02, 2014 at her residence.
Survivors include three daughters, Theresa Blasdel of Joppa, IL, Pam Barnett and husband Jack of Goreville, IL, and Kathy Kind and husband Robert of Granite City, IL; one sister, Dorothy Lewis of Karnak, IL; brothers, Norris Story of Joppa, IL, Frank King and wife Mary Jane of Beecher, IL, Jerry Story and wife Delores of Greenville, NY; step-siblings, Ethel Harvel of Joppa, IL, Jim King and wife Pearl of Metropolis, Bob King and wife Sharon of Metropolis, and Margaret Black and husband Tom of Villa Grove, IL; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Harl and Mona Weaver of McLeansboro, IL.
Graveside services for Lula Belle Becker will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 7 at Old Springer Cemetery near McLeansboro, IL.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis, IL with the funeral starting at 8 p.m.
