Terri Armstrong – Chief Bottle Washer
Terri joined the WFIW staff in April of 2013. She graduated from Vincennes University with an AS in Broadcasting in 1986 and from University of Southern Indiana with a BS in Communications. Terri joined The Original Company in 1988 and has been in radio since 1984. She is married to Jeff and they have 3 children…Brady, Daymon and Josh. They reside in Mt. Vernon.
Vicky Strange-Office Manager
Vicky joined Wayne County Broadcasting as Office Manager in 1984. She and her children, Trevor and Andrea, reside in Fairfield. Vicky enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Dodie Dickey-Sales Representative
Dodie joined the WFIW staff as an Account Executive in 1997. She received her degree in Radio/Television with a specialization in Broadcast Production from SIU Carbondale. She has been involved in the radio industry since 1988.
A Fairfield native, Bruce is an avid traveler and sports fan. He also plays tuba with the Roasted Chestnuts Brass Quintet. Married to Dodie, Bruce helps take care of three dogs and two cats. Bruce is the host of the Bruce Dickey show that airs Monday through Friday at 8am on WFIW AM. He is also the Sports Director at TOC Fairfield.
Len Wells-News Director
Len started his career at WFIW in 1992, bringing with him more than twenty years of news gathering experience. He is a resident of Fairfield and joins Woody Long on the Morning Show weekdays on 104.9 FM.
Tom Lavine-WFIW FM Middays
Tom joined the afternoon staff in 1985. He handles paperwork for all of the stations as well as being on-air. He and his wife, Sheri, live east of Fairfield with their twin daughters, Brogan and Darian.
Woody Long- WFIW FM Morning Show
Woody Long is the Host of the Morning Show—Woody and Murvis–which airs Monday through Friday on 104.9FM.
Deron Caudle-WFIW AM 1390 Afternoons
Deron joined the WFIW Staff in March 1991 as an afternoon on-air operator. He also gathers news for the weekend. Deron resides in Fairfield.
Jessica James- WFIW FM Evenings
Marilyn Sanders, aka Jessica James, works the evening shift at WFIW/WOKZ! She resides in Geff and enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time with her dogs. She is an avid music fan, especially Bob Dylan, and loves animals!
