86-year-old Springfield, IL resident, Dorothy B. Hallam died at Thursday, July 23. A member of the First Christian Church, she made dolls and ceramics and was a member of the Red Hat Society. She also volunteered to make baby clothes for infants.
Survivors include two sons, Tom (Jean) Hallam of Punta Gorda, FL and Rodney Hallam of Albion; two daughters, Dr. Maryam (Siavash) Mostoufi of Springfield and Cyndee (Ron) Schlarb of Sycamore, IL; a brother, Addison “Bud” Cowling of Indiana; 12 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Dorothy B. Hallam will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 1 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion with burial in Graceland Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, Aug. 1 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion.
