Police need help locating two men wanted in an early morning break-in at the Medicap Pharmacy in Eldorado. When officers arrived and went into the business they found 19-year-old Cody Ward of Eldorado. While police were inside searching for a second suspect Ward escaped. Ward is described as 5’9” about 140 lbs, with tattoo’s on both arms, hazel eyes and blondish-brown hair. He wore blue plaid pajama pants and a dark colored sweatshirt. When caught Ward will face criminal damage to property, burglary and escape charges. Anyone with information about Cody Wards whereabouts is ask to call (618)273-2141.

29-year-old Jason Mothershed of Flora was arrested by Marion County Sheriffs deputies as he was breaking into a house in Salem. Mothershed is being held in the Marion County jail for alleged burglary, attempted residential burglary and possession of under 5 grams of methamphetamine.

A pretrial hearing was rescheduled Friday for two women accused of stealing from a Harrisburg non profit. Barbra Wingo and her daughter Terrie Wingo-Eichorn are accused of stealing from the Anna Bixby Women’s center by falsifying doucuments. Court documents show the two face a long list of fraud charges. Both women will be back in court Friday October 9th.

32-year-old Franklin Johnson and his wife Deanna, of Centralia, plead guilty Thursday to all charges brought against them by a Federal Grand Jury. The couple operated a methamphetamine lab in Clinton and Marion counties from January to August 2014. The couple could be sentenced to between 5 and 40 years in prison and fined between $250,000 and $5 million in fines.
