Donald H. Currier III, 66 of Carmi, passed away Tuesday December 15, 2015 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro. Donald had been a Superintendent for Underground Construction for Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Jewell; son, Donald H. (Patti) Currier IV; daughter, Charline Edwards; grandchildren, Donald H. Currier V, Cody A. Currier, Tristyn A. N. Currier and Alexander “Pooh” Edwards; step grandchildren, Steven, Jeffery and Daniel Clark; step great-grandchildren, Aidan, Marissa and Nikolas Clark; brothers, Ronald B. Mitchell and Douglas (Paula) Currier; sisters, Virginia Trotter, Bunny (Marty) DeLaney, Bonnie Currier and Calla (Paul) DeForge. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Barry Mitchell.
Private Family Services will be held at a later date. The Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
