Irene Marie Kollak, 93, of rural West Salem, IL died January 14th at Wayfair Nursing Home in Fairfield, IL. She was a long time member of the Zion United Methodist Church in West Salem.
She is survived by sons; Gene (Rebecca) Kollak of Fairfield, and Don (Paula) Kollak of West Salem, 8 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Irene Marie Kollak will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 18 at the Ingram Funeral Home in West Salem with burial in Moravian Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the Ingram Funeral Home in West Salem.
Memorials may be made to the Zion United Methodist Church in West Salem and will be accepted at the Ingram Funeral Home in West Salem.
