64-year-old McLeansboro resident, Gary W. Campbell died at 11:20 a.m. Thursday, January 21 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. He had been employed as a maintenance worker for the Hamilton County Schools for 37 years. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Piopolis.
Survivors include his wife, Denise Campbell of McLeansboro; a son, Matthias Campbell and fiancé Olivia Coy; two daughters, Rachel Webb and husband Clayton of Ewing, IL and Rebekah Campbell of McLeansboro; a sister, Sharon Reyling of Freeburg, IL; a grandson, Clayton Webb, Jr. and a nephew, Father Mark Reyling of Freeburg, IL.
Funeral services for Gary W. Campbell will be 10 a.m. Saturday, January 23 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Piopolis with burial in St. John’s Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6 – 8 Friday evening, January 22 at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro. A Rosary service will be held at 7 p.m.
