Wilma Florence Harrison, age 98, a resident of Dahlgren, IL passed away at 2:51 pm on Tuesday, February 16th, 2016 at the Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro, IL. She worked as a store clerk at various grocery stores in the area for over 70 years. She was also a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dahlgren, IL.
She is survived by a sister Pauline Kennedy of Dahlgren, 6 nieces & nephews: Debbie (husband Al) Chavez, David (wife Toni) Faught, Daryl (wife Brenda) Kennedy, Donald Kennedy (and friend Kay Lowery), Jay Kennedy (and friend Pennie Anselment), and Leesa (husband Jerry) White, niece in law Ruth Ann Faught, 12 great nieces and great nephews, and 10 great great nieces and great great nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Wilma Florence Harrison will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, February 19th, 2016 at the Dahlgren United Methodist Church in Dahlgren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 18th, 2016 at the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church and will be accepted at the church, or at the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren, which is in charge of all the arrangements.
