Vera Lee Billingsley, 88, of Fairfield, IL died March 17, 2016 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Fairfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and active in Red Hat Society. Vera was a hairdresser before working and retiring from Champion in Albion, IL. She lived in Albion before moving to Fairfield.
Survivors include son David Randolph Billingsley (Carolyn) of Florida and brother Dean Powell (Mary Ann) of Flora, IL.
Visitation for Vera Lee Billingsley will be at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral, on Tuesday, March 22, 11:00 – 1:00 with the burial at Cisne Cemetery. Pastor Jeff Biggs of Fairfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church will be presiding.
