81-year-old Fairfield resident, Barbara Greenwood died at 7:08 p.m. Sunday, June 26 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. She had been a cashier at the Fairfield Red & White for 34 years before retiring.
Survivors include her husband, Ellie Greenwood of Fairfield; a son, Terry (Vicki) Simpson of Columbia, Ill; a daughter, Elisa (Jimmy) Taylor of Fairfield and four grandchildren.
Funeral services for Barbara Greenwood will be 1 p.m. Thursday, June 30 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield with burial at Maple Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. Thursday until the time of service at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield.
Memorials may be made to the New Hope General Baptist Church and will be accepted at Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield.
