Billie E. Hilliard, 84, of Fairfield passed away at 7:25 AM on Monday July 25th at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. He was a Veteran of the US Army and was retired from the U.S. Postal Service where he had worked for 27 years.
Billie is survived by his wife Emmy of Fairfield; three sons, Michael (Tonya) Hilliard of Palm Bay FL, Mark (Denise) Hilliard of Fairfield, and Marty Hilliard of O’fallon IL; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a brother, Art (Alice) Hilliard of Rosco IL; two sisters- Sharon (Gary) Atteberry of Mt Erie, & Barbara (Roy) Weedon of Fairfield.
Funeral services Billie E. Hilliard will be at noon Saturday July 30th at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home with burial at Maple Hill Cemetery with Military Rights provided at the graveside.
Visitation will be from 10AM until the time of service on Saturday, July 30 at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home which is in charge of all the arrangements.
