Phillip Seketa, 74, of Fairfield passed away at 3:10PM on Sunday July 31st at Enfield Rehab and Healthcare in Enfield. He had worked in Construction.
Phillip is survived by his wife Alma of Fairfield. Daughter- Brenda (Terry) Shute of Ellettsville IN. 5 Grandchildren- Jason Shute, Erik Shute, Terra Shute, Shawna (Shute) Moore, and Kaleb Shute. 10 Great-Grandchildren- Dyllyrd “Matt” Nichols, Aden Shute, Jerika Sebree, Peyton Shute, Wade Shute, Allie Shute, Gage Waltz, Bryle Moore, Jaxson Moore and Brystol Moore. 2 Brothers-Joseph Seketa of Staunton IL & James Seketa of Benld IL. 2 Sisters- Mary (Bob) Vojas of Staunton IL & Francis Seketa of Pontiac IL. Several Nieces and Nephews whom he loved dearly. His “Special Family”- A core group of friends who were by his side through all of life’s ups and downs.
Funeral Services for Phillip Seketa will be Thursday August 4th at 1PM at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home with burial in Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11AM until the time of Service at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home to help with the Funeral Expenses.
