Reva Jewell Phillips – McLeansboro

Reva Phillips Photo93-year-old McLeansboro resident, Reva Jewell Phillips died at 10:56 p.m. Saturday, December 24 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro.  A member of the Ten Mile Baptist Church, she was a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Jerry Phillips and wife Kay Lue of Windsor, Colorado; a daughter, Betty Rowland and husband Larry of McLeansboro; brothers, Roy Lee and wife Minnie of Evansville, Donald Lee of Powder Springs, Georgia, Doyle Lee and wife Pat of Lake Saint Louis, MO, Robert Lee and wife Joyce of McLeansboro and David Lee and wife Karla of Fairview Heights, Ill; sisters, Laura Irvin and husband Robert of Carterville, Phillis Bond of McLeansboro and Marilyn Smith of McLeansboro; a sister-in-law, Wanda Lee of McLeansboro; a brother-in-law, Morris Dennis of Enfield; grandchildren, Julie and Tom Findlow, Chad and Jenny Phillips, Kelly and Greg Gollaher and Stacy and Bryan Henderson; great-grandchildren, Nick and Jake Findlow, Ryan and Sarah Phillips, Andrew and Matthew Gollaher and Brandon and Grayson Henderson plus numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Reva Jewell Phillips will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27 at the Ten Mile Baptist Church near McLeansboro with burial in Ten Mile Cemetery.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday, Dec. 27 at the Ten Mile Baptist Church near McLeansboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hamilton Memorial Hospital Ladies Auxiliary or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and will be accepted at the church or the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro, which is in charge of all of the arrangements.
