80-year-old St. Louis, MO resident, Barbara Hood died at 12:05 p.m. Friday, July 28 at her home. A member of the St. Louis Basilica church, she was a sales representative for the Canadian National Railway System.
Survivors include a sister, Diana Ragan and husband Randall of McLeansboro; a niece, Ramona (Ragan) Dial and husband Scott of McLeansboro; a nephew, Bryce Ragan and wife Angela of McLeansboro; her step-mother, Mildred Hood of Cleveland, Ohio and a step-brother, Rich Kozlovich.
A graveside memorial service and burial of ashes for Barbara Hood will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 12 at the Oddfellows Cemetery in McLeansboro.
There will be no visitation. Those attending the service should go directly to the cemetery. The Harre Funeral Home of McLeansboro is in charge of all the arrangements.
