98-year-old Dorothy Katherine (Durner) Freeze died on Tuesday, January 2. She taught school in a one room school house for four years. She then moved to St. Louis, Missouri and worked for Western Auto.
Survivors include a daughter, Pamela Kay Reynolds of McLeansboro, IL; two grandchildren, Garth Reynolds of Springfield, IL and Glenna (Ian) Hagan of Peoria, IL; a half-brother, Keith Durner of Tennessee; and a half-sister, Maxine Greer of Oregon.
Funeral services for Dorothy Katherine Freeze will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro with burial at Ten Mile Cemetery near McLeansboro.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. at the Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
