Jerry G. Tullis, 72, of Fairfield passed away at 7:15PM on Monday May 28th at his home. He was the owner of Jerry G. Tullis Winch Truck Service and was also a member of the Fairfield Masonic Lodge #0206 and the Odd Fellows.
Jerry is survived by one Daughter- Jamie (Steve) Sams, One GrandDaughter- Lacey Sams, and one Brother-Jack Tullis all of Fairfield.
Per Jerry’s wishes his body will be cremated with a Memorial Service held on Saturday June 16th at 10AM at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to help with Funeral Expenses and will be accepted at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home which is in charge of all the arrangements.
