80 year-old Barbara M. Earl of Grayville, died Monday, August 27 at Meadowood Nursing Home in Grayville. She was born June 28, 1938, in Pasaic, New Jersey, the daughter of John Oliver “John” Coe and Lillian (Walker) Coe. She was married to Walter Eugene Earl and he precedes her in death.
Barbara was a retired health care giver. She was a member of the Northside Baptist Church in Grayville, and she enjoyed word searches, reading, camping and fishing.
Survivors include sons David (Donna) Burrows of Albion, Illinois, Steve Earl of Grayville; daughters Eugenia (Derris) Alldredge, Renee (Keith) Howell, all of Grayville; brother Sid (Connie) Coe of Quincy, Illinois; grandchildren Derek Burrows, D.J. Alldredge, April Alldredge, Brittany Howder, Steven Earl, Michael Earl, Kalisha Earl, Kenzi Earl, Dustin Bunting, Tyler Howell; great-grandchildren Jaida, Braxton, Alyssa, Uriah, Wyatt, Brantley, Jailyn, Savannah, Peyton; great-great-grandchild Annistyn.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons Scott Allen Earl and John Norman Earl; grandson Michael Burrows; brothers John Coe and Fred Coe; sisters Betty Coe and Joyce Knight.
Visitation and funeral are Thursday, August 30 at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville. Visitation is 11 am and funeral is 1 pm. Burial is in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville.
