75-year-old James “Jim” Lee Cook of Fairfield, passed away at 10:55AM on Thursday April 16th at his home. He had retired as a maintenance manager at Lake Worth Municipal Golf Course in Lake Worth FL. Jim was born in Lynn Essex County MA on June 1, 1944 to Harold Leroy Richardson and Ester Amy Teague.
Jim is survived by sons- James Keith (Ginger) Cook of New Jersey, Scott Alan (Michelle) Cook of Fairfield, and Shaun Cook of Albany GA; daughters- Jodi Ann (Chris) Cochran of Savannah GA and Tonya Marie (Sean) Allen of Leesburg GA; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren also survive.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, infant twin sister- Ethel Gertrude Teague, half-brothers- Clifford Leroy Teague and Henry Phillip Cook Jr.
Per Jim’s wishes, is body will be cremated and there will be no formal services held.
