Iva Mae Dinwiddie – Enfield

Iva Mae Dinwiddie, 75, of Enfield, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020 leaped out of this world to be in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ singing, Holy, Holy, Holy. She was born September 1, 1944 in Enfield, the daughter of Early W. and Alpha (Newman) Hankins. She married Joseph Henry Dinwiddie on December 27, 1967.

Iva was a member of the Enfield General Baptist Church. She loved to crochet, bake and laugh. She never met a stranger, always treated God’s children with kindness. She was encouraging and uplifting to everyone. She loved her family and cared for our every need.

She is survived by her husband Henry of 52 years; a son, James (Starla) Dinwiddie of Enfield; daughter, Kathy Dinwiddie of Norris City; a sister, Linda Sandusky of Carmi; a brother-in-law, Knox (Laura) Dinwiddie and sister-in-law Joyce Dinwiddie all of Big Sandy, TN; grandchildren, Nick and John Page and Angelica Dinwiddie. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Kathy Fleck and brother, Lonnie Hankins.

A private graveside will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2020 at Enfield Cemetery with Clinton Willis officiating. Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com. The Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Enfield is in charge of arrangements.
