88-year-old Mildred Bashore of Fairfield, formerly of Geff, passed away Wednesday, July 8 at the Cisne Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
Mildred was born at home in Cisne, Illinois to Dewey and Faye (Billington) Pittman November 21, 1931
Mildred married Frank Bashore in Fairfield; Illinois on September 16, 1951 in Fairfield, Illinois.
Mildred worked in the housekeeping department at Cisne Rehabilitation and Health Care and worked at Fairfield Memorial Hospital for many years.
Mildred is survived by one son Craig (Velma) Bashore of Geff, Illinois; two grandchildren, Curt (Stacey) Ray of Cisne, Illinois and Denise West of Fairfield, Illinois four great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her husband Frank Bashore; two daughters, Rhonda Ray and Sherlyn Bashore.
Hosselton-Meridith funeral home is honored to be entrusted with the families wishes. No formal services will be held due to Covid-19. Mildred’s final resting place will be at the Cisne Cemetery.
