Orval E. Austin, 93, passed away on August 7th 2020 at Mt. Vernon Healthcare in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. He was born to Ebbie Austin and Nelly Tyler in Mt. Vernon. He was a farmer and a veteran. He married Mary Lou Tyler who preceded him in death; they were married for over 50 years.
Orval is survived by sons, Terry (Susan) Austin of Fairfield and Ronald (Phylliss) of Bluford and daughter Roxie Staton of Wayne City, Illinois.
Private graveside services for Orval E. Austin will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday August 11th 2020 at the Thomason Cemetery. Graveside Military rites will be held with The Fairfield VFW and American Legion.
The Richardson Funeral Home of Wayne City is in charge of all arrangements.
