54-year-old Ronald Eugene Lynn, Jr., of Grayville, known as “Daddy” to six boys and “PaPa” to four grandchildren, passed away on Friday, August 14 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana, with family by his side.
He was born March 2, 1966, in Mt. Carmel, the son of Ronald Lynn, Sr., and Eleanor Russell. Ronnie had six boys: three with Cindy Judge, and triplets with Danielle (Allen) Lynn.
Ronnie was a simple man whose passion was his six boys. He also enjoyed his Budweiser. He spent two years of service with the US Army, and 32 years working for Champion Laboratories in Albion.
Survivors include brother Robert (Michelle) Lynn (nephews Noah and Josh); sister Rhonda (David) Nichols (niece Alyssa and nephews Jackson and Erin); step brothers Marvin (Fawnda) Winebarger, and Eddie Winebarger; son Marcus (Stephanie) Lynn (grandsons Syler and Samuel), son Codey Lynn (grandchildren Gradey and Emsley), and sons Taylor Lynn, Aden Lynn, Braden Lynn and Caden Lynn.
Preceding Ronnie in death are his father, Ronnie Lynn, Sr., mother Eleanor Russell; and step mother Earlene Frazier.
A gathering of close friends and family will be Friday, September 4 at 605 Walnut Street, Grayville.
Visitation and service are Saturday, September 5 at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville. Visitation is at 9 am and funeral is at 10 am. Burial with military rites will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville.
