91-year-old Mary Margaret Cluck of McLeansboro, died at 9:55 a.m. Wednesday, January 13 at Hamilton Memorial Nursing Center & Rehab in McLeansboro. She was a homemaker.
She was born on August 28, 1929 in McLeansboro to William H. Mitchell and Julia (Harrelson). She was married to James Buchanan Cluck.
Survivors include a daughter, Julia Marie “Susie” Rush of McLeansboro. Two sons: John Carl Cluck and James Robert Cluck, both of McLeansboro; ten grandchildren: Weston Carl Cluck, Jessica Renee Falgout (husband Henry), Christopher James, Scott Cluck, Michael Cluck, Tracy Cluck, Rebecca Barnello, Deanna Cervantes; a brother: Donald Carroll Mitchell of Paducah, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son: David Cluck, grandson: Brandon Rush; grandson: Lucas John Cluck; brothers: Ted Mitchell, Bill Mitchell Jr, Bobby and Tommy Mitchell; sisters: Nadine Campbell and Vada Willis.
Private family services and burial was held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 15. Social distancing guidelines were observed and face coverings were required.
The Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro was in charge of arrangements.
