Brent E. Thomason, 57 of Fairfield passed away at 6:36 PM, Saturday, September 17, 2022, at his home. Born on April 15, 1965, in Aurora, IL to Connie and Dollie (Butler) Thomason, he was an FCHS Graduate and had worked for Aman Oil Company, Kincaid’s, and Robertson Sawmill.
Brent is survived by his mother Dollie Thomason of Fairfield, brothers Kent and Derek Thomason of Fairfield, sisters Robin Thornton of Marion, KY and Nikki Lisman of Effingham, nieces and nephews Tara Beck, Shelby West, Shalee Thomason, and Carver Thomason, and great nephew Keegan Smith. He was preceded in death by his father Connie Thomason.
Brent will be cremated, and his ashes buried in Maple Hill Cemetery at a later date. There will be no services. Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home is handling cremation.
