Three individuals entered guilty pleas in separate cases in Wayne County Circuit Court on Thursday.
Nicole Parker, 38, of Fairfield pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years of probation, plus court costs. She was ordered to pay a total of $330.97 in restitution to four victims, including Walmart. Parker also received a stayed sentence of 180 days in the Wayne County Jail, which will be imposed if she violates her probation. As part of a plea agreement, one count and three case numbers were dismissed.
Parker also admitted to violating a previous two-year probation sentence for Child Endangerment. For this, she received an additional two years of probation, totaling four years, and must pay additional court costs. She was given another stayed sentence of 180 days, now totaling 360 days in jail if she violates the new terms. Parker was also ordered not to enter Walmart property.
Nathan Bailey, 29, of Olney pled guilty to Domestic Battery and was sentenced to two years of probation, plus court costs. He was given credit for four days served in the Wayne County Jail. Two counts in the case were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Jan Columbia, 61, of Albion pled guilty to Retail Theft and was placed on one year of court supervision, plus court costs. Columbia was ordered to pay $75.42 in restitution to Walmart.
