The Edwards County 4-H Swine show was held Tuesday, August 1st. Grand Champion Swine Female went to Emerie Moore. Ryleigh Moorehad the Reserve Champion Swine Female. Emerie Moore showed the Grand Champion Crossbred Gilt. The Reserve Grand Champion, for Crossbred Gilts was shown by Ryleigh Moore.
In the Crossbred Gilt division, the following exhibitors showed the Champion and Reserve by weight classes: Ryleigh Moore Champion Heavy Weight and Cheyenne Duncan Reserve Champion Heavy Weight; Emerie Moore Champion MiddleHeavy Weight and Ryleigh Moore Reserve Champion MiddleHeavy Weight; Alyson Williams Champion Middle Weight and Sydney Williams Reserve Light Weight; Tori ThompsonChampion Light Weight Gilt and Addison Anderson Reserve Champion Light Weight.
In the market barrow division, the following exhibitors showed the Champion and Reserve by weight classes: Champions heaviest to lightest: Lidia Kelsey, Tori Thompson, Brayden Childers, Ryleigh Moore, Tori Thompson, Emerie Moore and Zoie Ankenbrand. Reserve Champions heaviest to lightest: Emmitt Spray, Adelyn Vallette, Jaxon Kelsey, Alyson Williams, Addison Anderson, Zoe Ankenbrand and Evalynn Edwards. The Grand Champion Market barrow was presented to Emerie Moore. The Reserve Grand Champion barrow went to Ryleigh Moore.
In the showmanship division, Tori Thompson earned the Senior Showmanship belt buckle. Cheyenne Duncan won the Junior Showmanship trophy and Ryleigh Moore won the Novice belt buckle.
