The Albion City Parks Board will hold a special session at Albion City Hall this evening at 6.
The hot issue is around the city pool that was not opened up this summer due to the safety conditions in and around the pool. The city will take up a vote to fill the pool in with dirt during the meeting as well as take up bathroom renovations and will hear updates on playground equipment and the soccer fields.
Under new business, the board will look into new pickleball courts for the city park.
The meeting is open to the public.
