Wayne County Sheriff's deputies arrested 37-year-old Kyle Hebner of Mill Shoals late Wednesday night on charges of Driving Under The Influence (DUI). Hebner was transported and booked into the Wayne County Jail. He later posted bond and was released with a notice to appear in Wayne County Circuit Court.
