Reports out of Marion County say an Iuka man has been sentenced to prison after his Marion County Drug Court probation was revoked.
31-year-old Skylar Harper will serve two years in prison concurrently with a Clinton County prison conviction and receive day-for-day credit for time already served. Harper had been placed on drug court as part of a 2021 conviction on domestic battery. The revocation was based on Harper not attending required meetings, using alcohol, violating curfew, missing a drug test and not participating in the treatment program.
Harper had also received a two-year prison sentence in Clinton County Court this past June on a felony battery conviction.
